Registration 101
You'll need to make sure you have the following items turned in:
1. CASC Registration (this is done online and includes our photo release form, liability waiver, and emergency contact forms)
- To register click the Register Now button on the right side of this page. Whenever registration is open, the button will appear.
- CASC costs $185 per swimmer for the 2026 summer.
- $5 off each additional swimmer.
2. Apparel Orders (You can order your apparel through the 'Team Store' tab)
- The apparel offered will include team caps and team shirts. Look at the ‘Team Suits’ tab under the ‘Team Store’ or on the homepage to find the team swimsuit (girls in pink, boys in blue).
- Order by May 14th to receive apparel orders during the first week of practice!
3. Meet Sign-Ups (These are done online through the 'Event' tab)
- Once swimmers are registered, families need to go into the event tab and declare their attendance for all the meets of the season. Please go do this so that coaches do not have to track down what swimmers will and won't be attending the meet.
Practice 101
How do CASC Practices Work?
Swimmers can attend however many or few practices they would like to in a week. CASC assigns their practice groups based on skill level rather than age group.
What Your Swimmer Needs For Practice
Every swimmer will need a practice suit, cap, goggles, and a water bottle for practice.
Practice suit: This is a suit that your swimmer will use for practicing every day, but it's not as tight as their racing suit.
- If swimmers are looking for cheap practice suits they can visit SwimOutlet or any other online swim store and search up grab bags. They will then choose their size and be sent a suit in that size.
Cap: Every swimmer will need a cap for practice. Caps will be available for purchase from the coaches at any time.
Goggles: Each swimmer needs to have goggles. Here are some goggles we recommend.
- Swimmers 10 & Under - TYR Swimple Mirrored Goggles
- Swimmers 11 & Over - TYR BlackOps Goggles, Speedo Vanquisher Goggles
Water bottles: Every swimmer is expected to have a water bottle with them on deck.
