What are CASC lessons?
CASC swim lessons take place at the Columbian Aquatic Center. The lessons combine survival skills with competitive swimming skills to allow swimmers to learn basic skills, as well as skills to keep them able to have fun in the pool. CASC prides itself in the high-quality swim lessons that we offer. Lessons are available in a private (1 swimmer) setting or a semi-private setting (2 swimmers within the same family), allowing for an ideal lesson environment. Competitive lessons are ideal for experienced swimmers.

How do I register?
To register click the register now tab below, or go to the register tab under the CASC Swim lessons.
How are lessons scheduled?
Lessons are scheduled in the most convenient way possible. Once you have registered and paid for your lessons, you will receive an email from your instructor (within 24-48 hrs). This email will include a scheduling link, you can then use the scheduling link to choose times that work for you when the instructor is available.
What does my child need for lessons?
All lessons are required to have goggles (no nose piece) and a swim cap. You can purchase a cap through the merchandise part of the registration if need be, and your instructor will have a cap for you at your first lesson.
Lesson policies
- Cancellation policy:
- Parents/instructors have the ability to cancel or reschedule a lesson up to 24 hours before the lesson, after this time cancellation is not permitted. If inclement weather occurs, the instructor will contact their lessons to reschedule. If you do not show up for a scheduled lesson, without contacting the instructor, the lesson will count as a used lesson. If an instructor does not show up for a scheduled lesson, the lesson will be credited to the receiver.
- Member/non-member policy:
- Those who are non-members of the pool will not be allowed to stay and swim after lessons. Siblings and family members who are not members of the pool, will not be able to swim while lessons take place.
- Outside food or drink policy:
- Outside food or drink will not be allowed in the pool. This is not a lesson policy, but a pool policy. You must be in compliance with this policy, any outside cups must stay in the car!
- Equipment Policy:
- Lesson swimmers are required to wear a swim cap and goggles (no nose piece.) Caps will be available for purchase from instructors.
- Premises Policy:
- Parents or guardians must stay on the premises while children are in lessons.
